-Year 13 Students - NZPAA
“It was an absolute pleasure working with the Year 13 students at NZPAA (New Zealand Performance Academy Aotearoa), a forward-thinking college dedicated to excellence in both education and sport. Every athlete benefits from a clear, meaningful pathway beyond sport. By completing the Kolbe A™ Index, students gain valuable insight into their instinctive strengths—those they are naturally born with, independent of sporting ability. Kolbe draws on over 50 years of data to identify how individuals take action and aligns these strengths with potential career pathways, supporting life both alongside and beyond their sporting journey. A big thank you to the teachers and the incredible students. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you all and have no doubt you will achieve great success in whatever path you choose.”
-Tia Brown, Rugby Player
” I am grateful to Angela and the Kolbe for helping me understand my strengths. Since I was ten, I have wanted to be a New Zealand Black Ferns Rugby Player, and I still do. However, when I was 17, I suffered a serious sports injury. I dislocated my knee, tore my PCL, and fractured my tibia. After two years of rehabilitation, I am finally back playing rugby. Those two years were hard times for me, and I didn’t have a focus in my life apart from rugby. After talking to Angela and taking the Kolbe A Index, she made me realise I have skills I didn’t even know I had. She’s given me some great ideas on career paths that I will now pursue. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.”
